Pasadena City College, a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in higher education, needed to bring a new tone and more inclusive language to all institutional documents to create better environment for all students. Concourse provided the tools they needed to integrate their new messaging across all syllabi and ease the process of accessing and updating syllabi for all involved.
