In a recent article titled, "New ‘angels,’ seeking startups, alight in Capital Region." CEO Judd Rattner and Technical Director Edward Levie, were interviewed as representatives of Capital Region startups. June 8th, 2010: Massachusetts Colleges Online Annual Conference on E-Learning
"Sharing Best Practices" was the theme and outcome of the MCO Annual Conference. With a focus on teaching and e-learning, academic and administrative support, and technology, 24 Massachusetts colleges convened to explore moving the traditional class to a creative learning environment. In keeping with the theme of the conference, Jenene Cook, Dean of Instructional Technology at Roxbury Community College co-presented "The 21st Century Syllabus: New Applications and Technologies" with Judd Rattner, CEO of Intellidemia. It was apparent that MCO participants weren't looking for the free coffee and cookies, they came with an appetite for tools to improve learning; attendees sank their teeth into highly interactive sessions. Dr. Ken Udas, CEO of UMassOnline sums it up in his Keynote address "Openness in Education and Nurturing the Collaborative Impulse".
April 22rd, 2010: Villanova University Technology Expo
Intellidemia attended the Villanova Tech Expo: Technology for 21st Century Education. Judd Rattner, CEO, gave a technical presentation, "The Living Syllabus: New Applications and Technologies." Many faculty and administrative staff dropped by our booth to learn more about Concourse. The Expo marked our first time participating in an exhibition as a vendor; we were extremely pleased to see Concourse recieved with such enthusiasm and interest.
