Modern Campus and Concourse Syllabus launches their partnership
Earlier this year, we celebrated a brand new partnership with Modern Campus! This collaboration will integrate Concourse’s robust syllabus management capabilities within Modern Campus’s Connected Curriculum suite. Through this partnership, Modern Campus and Concourse Syllabus will streamline the curriculum management cycle, ensuring institutions are equipped to offer a modern, seamless, and impactful educational experience. Since announcing the partnership, we’ve welcomed new Concourse users, seen the power of both tools transform institutions across the United States, and have even sponsored Modern Campus’ inaugural in-person user conference. It’s been a wonderful year, and we can’t wait to see what next year holds for both companies!
    Webinars galore!
In 2025, we hosted and participated in over a dozen webinars! Topics ranged from basic Concourse introductions to state legislation to streamlining syllabus management. Viewers hear from Team Concourse members, Modern Campus representatives, and real Concourse users from institutions across the United States. If you missed any of the webinars and want to watch one (or a few), you can find the complete catalog below.
New state legislation on the rise
In our conversations and research, we’ve seen significant higher-ed focused legislation proposed and approved in states all over the country. Although each is unique to its state, we’ve found that there’s a lot of overlap between most of them, and almost all involve, impact, or can be addressed by syllabi. Last year, we hosted a webinar centered around syllabi and different legislations across the country, whether new or old, and we find that the information is still as relevant today (if not more so). You can watch the webinar below!

    What we're reading

Some good news - Undergraduate enrollment is on the rise
Data has been showing that undergraduate enrollment is continuing to rise (for the third year in a row)! Higher Ed Dive reports increases at two-year institutions for engineering technologies and technicians programs, mechanic and repair technologies, and overall degree enrollment for certification, undergraduate, and even doctoral-level programs. We hope you find this as exciting as we do! You can read the full report below.
Some fun news - Taco bell and their tuition coverage program
Did that title make you hungry? Taco Bell offers a program called “Tacos and Tuition” to employees at participating franchised locations. This was previously only offered to company-operated stores, but the invitation has been extended and they’re seeing results. Taco Bell believes that the program is improving their retention for workers and managers at their franchise locations as they take advantage of this opportunity. You can read more about their program and reports below.
